what does B&W Dubbed Subtitle AC3 - DVD mean?

does it mean that the movie has subtitles, or does it mean i can put subtitles in while watching the movie. i hope that the movie plays without subtitles cause i just bought the movie. Please tell me what this means!

B&W means filmed in black and white
Dubbed means they speak over the original dialogue in English,
and subtitles are captions of the dialogue...you will probably have the choice of how you want to view the film.
