Just 1 year and you have not contributed anything? Move on it is not right to take what someone else has worked for he fed, clothed and kept you warm that was an even trade!

Probably nothing, or very little.

If it isn't working, then be an adult and take care of yourself.

Tell him goodbye, and ask for nothing.

If you don't want him, then why would you want his money? Wanting his money, but not him doesn't seem right at all.

In most cases, alimony (spousal support) is only granted if the marriage is over 10 years in length.

You might be entitled to 1/2 of any gain in wealth over that year of marriage.

I.E. If he was worth $100K before he married, and now worth $110K, then you MIGHT get ($110K - $100K)/2 or $5K. (Just an example.

However, I think the morally right thing to do is to simply walk away, expecting nothing, if you really don't wish to work on the marriage anymore.

What a joke, the marriage isnt working. Why did you get married? For the money? LMAO. After one year you decide to give it up and throw in the towel. You obviously have a bad choice of character if you decided to get married to a guy and throw in the towel after a year.

If you cant handle it,divorce. What gets me is your intentions of what you think you are entitled to. lol. what a joke, and shame on you.

You will not be entitled to anything, and god bless america that it has systems in place to prevent scum sucking cockroaches like you from getting your hands on assets that dont belong to you.

You know the sad thing about this, is you claim you are finiancially kept. However you come on the internet seeking advice from Yahoo answers! You broke *** LOSER! LMFAO.

I would imagine your entitled to what ever you brought into the relationship. I think 1 year is legally not enough time to be entitled to any of his assets.
If you came to the marriage with nothing but the shirt on your back than that's all you get when you leave I'm afraid.
Do you have children to him? (If not be grateful) but if you do then the circumstances change and the children will no doubt have entitlements.

you should leave with what you brought into the marriage, divorce rulings differ from state to state, In Texas you have to be married at least 10 years to be "entitled" to anything he had before you married and vice versa. One year is nothing in a lifetime commitment, you should consider marriage counseling.

You are so wrong to even think that you should be entitled to anything, after only a year and it is your husbands property, you should move on with nothing and keep yourself.

It depends on what state you live in. If it's a community property state, you are entitled to half of everything you acquired while living together, even if that was before you were married. If he owned it before you were marrried he gets to keep it. Check your state laws because it varies by state

If you signed prenups then whatever the prenup says. Otherwise whatever he had before and you had before is not an asset and if you don't have kids then you will not be able to get much alimony, especially if you aren't disabled.

You sound like a gold digger. You are only entitled to what you came with.

Not anything he had before you came along. Have to invest a little time before you can rob the poor guy.
