I think they're jealous that she is gorgeous and has a successful career of her own. Not like the 3 that are bullying her who are the lowest forms of celebrity. Danielle is famous for dragging her Miss Great Britain crown through the mud and shagging a footballer, Jade is famous for being on a reality TV show and Jo is famous for being in a mediocre pop band ages ago.
The reasons they come up with for being horrible to Shilpa are ridiculous, for a start I probably would have put the stew/soup down the loo as well, for pitys sake its designed to flush solid waste matter!
Those 3 need to grow up and have some respect for other people

Racism is a belief system which states that inherent biological differences between human races determine cultural or individual achievement — concluding that one's own race is superior.
That said, you can now recall some of Jo's, Jade, Danielle's and Jacks comments that observe that belief system. E.g. "that lot.....", "eerrr they use their fingers to eat", "f... p....", "that's probably how they cook their chicken", etc these are not just statements about the culture but expression of distaste regarding the culture. Tone always gives away intent.
I think BB should do nothing about it because Shilpa can handle herself and I would let the 4 hard-of-thinking housemates bury their careers.
As far as jealous goes, we all are human and its a human emotion. But there is just no need to take to another level.

think it's jealousy and miscommunication,
i do agree that they are bullying her, i disagree that it's racsism,
if they were all one race, and the behaviour still continued it would be classed as bullying
