I use Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.1 and I'm wondering what the best browser is based on your opinions.

For me, its a tie between Firefox and Opera.

Here is a list of pro and cons between the two:

1.Firefox
Pros
- A good number of useful extensions, with a large number to choose from.
- Easily customizable bookmarks.

Cons
- Stable, but can use too much memory if too many windows are open.
-RSS isn't as good as the one in IE.

2. Opera
Pros
- Stable & doesn't use too much memory, even with a large number of open windows
- Useful amount of hot-keys (for example, ctrl + H hides opera in the taskbar and alt + -> allow you to move to the next page, even if you've never been their before.)

Cons
- Not as many extensions as firefox, but there are plenty still

Your choice. IE7 is also pretty good (advanced printing options, rss, and page zoom options,) but I just prefer the upper two.

Good luck :)

As a web designer, when I program my HTML and CSS to 100% standards compliance, Internet Explorer still does not display my pages correctly. Firefox does. So, I prefer Firefox for a number of reasons. I also like the handy "Ctrl+T" to open a new tab.

I really don't think we have a choice. We need to use Internet Explorer because the monopoly that Gates has created doesn't allow us the support needed in Windows to utilize any other 3rd party browser. Thanks Mr. Gates!
