Just plug in x = 10 and y = -6
If the resulting equation is true, the line includes the point (10,-6)

A) -6 = 5(10) + 4
-6 = 50 + 4
-6 = 54 (this is not true)

D) -6 = 5(10) - 4
- 6 = 50 - 4
-6 = 46 (this is not true)

(10,-6) cannot lie on either of the given lines.
