I've got several email accounts and I want to download each of them to a seperate outlook folder. I had this working on my old computer but I can't remember how to set it up on my new computer. Thanks for any help.

No rules are needed.

Tools > Email Accounts > View Change > Click on the account (once it is set up) and toward the bottom either chose an exiting PST or click the button to create a new one.

This will deliver the mail into the PST designated.

If you want separate folders within the same .pst file, just create a Rule for each email account specifying that mail sent to account abc gets moved into folder xyz.

In Outlook:
Tools->Rules & Alerts
Set up new rules with condition received "through the specified account".

you've gotten to improve both. reason is that the loose mail account does no longer have a forwarding determination, so that you wont be in a position to ahead the emails to the Mail Plus account. in case you want to have POP3 get entry to for both expenses, you'll want to improve both expenses.
