When loking at a picture of the hotel it looks as though floor 7 is half way up? How many floors are there in this hotel?

There really is nothing obstructing your view, so floors 7-10 should be good enough to see the entire Strip and you will be closer to the incredible fountain shows. Enjoy Vegas!

Floors 7-10 are on lower parts of the hotel... like many of the resorts on the strip, the exterior windows you see do not directly correspond to the floors (Treasure Island is another good example of this). If you look closely, and then compare the view from inside the rooms at Bellagio, you'll realize that each of those windows you see on the outside is actually 3 or more floors.

Thats strange you ask that! Im stopping in the Bellagio in April with my girlfriend. While I was looking at numerous photos thinking it looks a massive hotel, I was counting the windows up, and like you, I thought it does not have many floors, but then I thought that cannot be right! So I did a bit of research and I can conform that it has 36 floors.
It has 3933 rooms. I think its the 8th largest hotel in the world (17 out of the 20 largest hotels in america are in Vegas by the way) and it opened in October 98. When it opened, it was the worlds most expensive hotel ever built ($1.7billion) Its owned by Steve Wynn, who in 2005 opened the current worlds most expensive hotel ever built, which is simply called the Wynn, and cost ($2.7billion)

Hmm, looks like a nice place - when we went to Vegas we slummed it in the Hilton, just off the Strip. We did the plane trip to the Grand Canyon and the bus went round all the hotels to pick people up - the people who were staying at the Bellagio were saying how fantastic it was.

Floors 7 to 10 is on floor 7 to 10. The caino areas are just about 2 or 3 stories so it wil be fairly high I think. Johan
