I am apalled at the contestants on celebrity B.B 2007.
Jade Goody - makes me ill. She's disguisting to watch. She's excrutiatingly borring and dull. She's as appealing as mould in the back of your fridge. She's a bully and I think she (along with the rest of the housemates) should me made to appologise to Shilpa - in contrast the only real "celebrity in there! - live on T.v!
The rest of the housemates are just as bad.
In a country that prides itself on equality I think it's sad that Shilpa is facing this snide bullying. Not that I would worry about the opinions of those bunch of has-beens.
It's made me soooooooo angry!

I don't believe that Shilpa is necessarily the victim of racism but I do think she's being bullied. I think any form of bullying is disguisting and wrong, whether its racial or because some people are talentless idiots who need a reality check. If she were British or any other nationality I still think she'd have been bullied by Jade + Co because they are clearly jealous of her. To those who think that Shilpa should stick up for herself, I agree but remember she is in a foreign country, I doubt she would confront them for fear of what the public would think of her.

I think its totally disgusting the way they are treating Shilpa. They are being undeniably racist to her. Why hasnt Big Brother stepped in with the usual 'Big Brother does not tolerate bullying' line that they normally use? I dont particularly like Shilpa, but I honestly cant see what shes done wrong. Its like being back in the playground the way they are ganging up against her.

The whole sorry process of putting human beings in the goldfish bowl of television, for the edification of voyeurs within the team that produce the Big Brother programme, (as well as its mass audience), simply takes humanity back to the days when the mentally ill were kept in cages and people were allowed to view them. It says a lot for the British Psychological Society, (which claims its members are in the business of improving society), that they allow its members to involve themselves with the programme makers in the pursuit of stress creation, humiliation and psychological abuse of the 'prisoners' - all for the sake of entertainment! It makes one wonder if the world of psychology is merely the breeding ground for voyeurs and sadists!

Just wanted to say that it is most reassuring to read some commonsense comments on here. I particularly enjoyed Brian M's comparison between BB and a freak show (have you ever seen the film, 'Freaks'?) and Darren J's suggestion that if we all stopped watching it and talking about it, they would probably pull it off the air.
It is an insult to our viewing intelligence.

we are all presuming Jade Goodie would be thrown into the homestead together with her relatives on Friday... will that make her the 1st guy or woman to be in 2 sequence of massive Brother? My funds is on Shilpa too, she's the prettiest one there by utilising a mile!

This is the sort of TV the makers think will make good viewing. Unfortunately, they have underestimated what we REALLY want to see. It would've been nice, after the Barrymore fiasco last year, to see some mature contestants, instead of the childish scenes we have witnessed lately. I think the Ego has landed - again.

I totally agree, if you didn't see BBLB tonight, another arguement with Shilpa and Jade and Shilpa flipped out, good for her, you should see it tomorrow on ch4.

This is just what the makers of Big Brother want. It is getting loads of publicity from newspapers, and everyone is talking about it. If you really hate it, stop watching it, and stop talking about it. Once they realise that no-one gives a damn about it, they'll take it off the air.
