how do i put in receipt info on the website to get the credits from my last purchase?
since i forgot my all-access pass, the cashier said i could go online and do it, but i can't figure it out!
please help!

I had this same problem. Go to the website with your card in hand and your receipts. Then click on the rewards program and set up a login ID for this purpose and you'll find it there.

Click on AE All Access Pass
Click on Activate your pass and then follow the steps.
Once you have established this account (or if you already have established it) sign in
click on "access your account"
click on "get credits"
then follow the prompts

you can call the 800 phone to reset login,

is it a gift card? if its a recpit than it wont work...
