I always travel to US from Canada, and i want to know how can i claim the goods and services tax paid in US for the expenses i make , i heard there is a form, which i should file and claim the refund, pls can u help me to find the form, i just want the web address where i could get the form?

You heard wrong. The US doesn't have a VAT. Many states have a sales tax, which is paid to the state, not the federal government, and it's not refundable like the VAT in some countries.

You cannot claim a refund of tax from the US unless you have paid some. If you have (through withholding or otherwise), and you have legitimate business expenses to deduct from your gross US source income, then you may be entitled to a refund.
