My desktop is a single terminus with different user accounts. I have learnt how to allow or deny access to files and folders for different users. But I have no clue as to how do I restrict access to programs themselves ?

Example: I want deny access to Control Panel for other users. How do I make it possible ?

Please help.

You can't unfortunately as far as I know. I wonder though because if you had a spying program on a computer then there must be a way to keep it from other user's. It might be time consuming but have you called the computer company to find out?

you would possibly want to attempt using parental controls. they generally have such exe record blockading good factors. If a exe record is blocked, each and anytime the consumer tries to execute it, the equipment gained't start up.

Are you on XP using different user accounts? If so just set them to 'Limited User'

Could you give me more detail please?
