i have a really long shirt, dress length, and i want to get the 'dress affect'. i dont know if i should just wear leggings, a skirt and leggings, or just forget about it. i really dont wanna look like a sl.ut, so i dont know

I'd just wear leggings under it if its dress length.. if you feel like its too short then wear the skirt too. Good luck!

wear leggings and a belt up above ur hips or down low on them, whichever is more ur style and then heels- make sure all 3 are the same color
