I was in the middle of buying a guitar on the internet, and I read that 'all prices include VAT' now I'm not a stupid person but never thought to ask, does that mean that VAT is included or does it mean to included VAT so i add VAT on the price of everything?

The price shown is the price you pay as VAT is already in the price.

Yes, VAT (value-added tax) is already added to the purchased price. Ask the merchant if you can get your VAT refund when you buy online. If you can, make sure you save your receipts with the VAT document. Ask the merchant how to go about of claiming your refund. I know that you can get your VAT refund if you travel abroad and purchased a big ticket item. The merchant fill out the necessary refund document, called a cheque and they will tell what you need to fill out.

It means the vat amount has already been included in the price - you don't add anything on.

If VAT is included then the price they show is the price you pay (they have already included VAT).

Let me guess this guitar is coming from Canada right?
They (Canada) have to charge VAT (Value Added tax) to whatever they sell. Our commiecrats wants to try something similar to this with our online purchases. The VAT is legit but you are not paying any extra for it.

the price you see is the price you pay.V.A.T is included.your not stupid just lerning and if you dont ask you dont learn.
