I have brought a Alcatel E801 mobile phone & when its connected to my computer by USB cable, my computer does not recognise it. How can i download mp3 files to it if the computer does'nt even know its there??

you should of had a disk with your phone to put on your computer if not you will have to find a way to get it

you need some software if your phone supports any,put programm disk into cd rom drive.
