Don't get pregnant ! lol!
Do crunches, better for your back than reg. sit- ups
It will tighten your tummy, but not burn off fat. You have to be a healthy weight for that. I like to run and bike and that seems to really help as well. Good Health 2 U- dd

sit ups and crunches, anything thats a "core work out".
