Can someone please tell me how I can go about finding someone?
I don't have money to hire someone, so I want to do this on my own.
I don't have any idea about locating family or friends, all I have is his name and birth date.
Any help would be appriecated.

You say it was a lost love. You should have an address, know the name of where they worked or where they hang out. Something besides a name. Email me, I'll help you find them, no fee.

And also, if you know the county in which that person resides you may be able to search their County Clerk's Office online...sometimes you will find documents containing addresses.
