Sunscreen, with spf 25. However, some people don't like to wear sunscreen for various reasons, and if you want to go for a day cream, look for one with anti-oxidants, as these will protect your face from free radicals. Lancome makes excellent day creams. Hope that helps!

i really like the neutrogena oil free moisturizers with spf 15. they also have a tinted version that gives you anice bronzed look. (which is nice if you're not going to be wearing anythign else.)

A tinted moisturizer that is oil free, at least spf 15, and something that is slightly tinted to give you a healthy glow.

i wear neutrogenas spf 15 light tint moisturiser, especially in the summer when you neeed that sunscreen. it also gives your face a slight glow- which is always good :]
