My bro wants to know the answer to this and I know it's a dumb question but if you were to cut Wolverine's head would he regenerate or heal himself or would he die? I know....dumb question....but please be serious.....please.....

Okay, the only way I can think of to kill Wolverine or Sabretooth is to cut off the oxygen supply to the brain for an extended period of time. There is, of course, a variety of ways to do this. I would say that decapitation would kill Wolverine (the trick would be doing that, it would be hard to get through adamantium vertebrae). Wolverine has survived some pretty deep throat cuts.
For what it's worth, in Ultimate X-Men there is some evidence that Sabretooth survived decapitation (whether or not it was completely severed or just cut deeply is unclear).

If his head is away from his body, he would die. If it is in contact, it would regenerate and he would survive. That is actually the only way to kill him.... according to my geek bf.
