Try putting a pillow under your hips and stay laying down for at least thirty minutes. He should take Zinc and Vitamin C and also no hot showers and boxers not briefs! Good luck it only takes one!

I do not feel it's simpler when no longer attempting. You just don't seem to be waiting. Ready perpetually seems find it irresistible takes a long time. How long have been you now not trying earlier than you got pregnant with your son? Probably years.

i do not imagine that is a lot less complicated even as no longer attempting. you in common words are not waiting. waiting continuously feels like it takes a lengthy time period. How lengthy were you no longer attempting earlier to procure pregnant such as your son? perchance years.

Have you spoke to your doctor? He will be able to get you an appointment with a fertility specialist at your local hospital.
They would be the best people to give you advice.
