Twice the amount of Bill's money plus 3 times the amount of Jane's money is $412. One half of Bill's money plus 7 times Jane's is $360. How much do Bill and Jane each have?
2b+3j=412
(1/2)b+7j=360

Bill has 144.32, Jane has 41.12

If the number of contestants he insults is half the total number, and the total number of contestants plus five is three times the number he insults minus one, how many did he insult and not insult?
