First, invite 3-4 of your friends over, ask them to rent an extremely scary movie to bring. When she's really scared out of her mind, one of you go to the bathroom, then sneak outside. Have her start making loud banging noises outside, and howling. Get in back of your sister and push her towards the door going outside, yelling, "Go see what it is!" Have your friend hide, and make believe you're all crying from being so scared. How's that?

Ignore her cuz when she knows that your not paying attention, she'll stop. usually. She wants all the attention, so you gotta not pay attetnion to her. or if she bugs you ask her to stop or bug her. Or play the game "Shadow." Copy what she says. She'll probably get angry and stop bugging you. Or maybe she just wants or needs someone to play with. She probabaly bored. that all.

Sibling Rivalry is completely normal, if she is younger maybe she looks up to you and wants to be like you.......
tell her you will spend some one on one time with her later........or include her in a small activity every now and then.
