There is a lot of caffeine in Mountain dew, so it may lower the sperm count a little.

My hubby drinks mountain dew like water. He drinks about 6 cans a day sometimes more.
I got pregnant with his precum with my son. We were using the pull out method and I still got pregnant.
I don't think that lower sperm count thing is true.
He is also the father of my daughter too! I got off birth control to have her. 2 months later after stopping birth control I was pregnant!

city legend! reducing sperm count huge variety is a legend that would have a important (start administration) or damaging (long-term sterility) spin counting on the teller (and aim audience). the two myths are many times attributed to the dye Yellow #5 (tartrazine), it is fake and unfounded. Yellow #5 has on no account been scientifically suitable to any of the alleged consequences , nor has the different component of the drink. to that end, there is not any info that Mountain Dew is from now on risky (or effective) to wellbeing than different caffeinated, sugar-sweetened mushy drinks, assuming one isn't allergic to Yellow #5.

Please. If that were true I wouldn't be sitting here 20 weeks pregnant with horrible back pain! My BF drinks a twelve pack every other day and we used over the counter birth control as well.
