I have been working and living in California for 5 years, and have been separated with my wife for more than 10 years ( I was living in Singapore prior to US). I have been very faithful to my wife and have been sending money to her for all these years. But from what I was told by families and friends, my wife has been in a relationship with another man for many years, and that's also why she refused to come to US and reunite with me. We fight every time I go back to see her. She refused to sleep with me but she does not want to divorce me.

At this point, I am heartbroken and hopeless. I am tied of giving her money endlessly to support her and her lover. I want to get a divorce here in California so I don’t have to go back to my home country, because it would take many years if she does not agree.

What is the easiest and fastest way to get divorce without my wife here and agree to it? Please help me, thanks you very very much.

It's actually very simple.
Go to your nearest county clerk's office and get the papers, fill them out, bring them back, and pay your fee. Since you know her address, they papers will be mailed to her. Then you wait 6 months and the court sends you a final divorce decree.

File for divorce on the grounds of 'irreconcilable differences.' The lawyer will put an ad in the paper where she's living and under U.S. law that is considered enough notification. When she doesn't show up in court to contest the divorce it will be granted. You have established residency here in the U.S., so I believe you can file for divorce here. I hope you documented all the money that you've sent her over the years. You might want to get statements from those friends and family members about her relationship with the other man, while still being married to you and accepting financial support from you. That is considered adultery. That way at least she won't be able to try and get alimony from you. Don't be heartbroken...some lucky lady will be happy to have a faithful man like yourself.

Are you sure that what your family and friends are telling you is true? Why don't you talk to your wife before getting the divorce?

If after talking to her you still want to get divorced, you can do so. A lawyer can tell you how easy it is.
