Apparently, there is a song, "This Bethelehem Night," which comes from a Chrsitian musical called "One Bethlehem Night," but this is pretty recent (2002, I believe)

Randy Travis has two songs--"The Gift" and "Rise and Shine" that mention Bethlehem, but I'm not sure that's what you want.
