Bra or no bra?

Bra, unless there fake and stand up on their own.

Without sounding like a boorish man - depends on how "perky" her breasts are without support and whether her nipples will play nice and not look like they are trying to escape through the front of the tank top. If the breasts can stand on their own and the nipples not protrude too much, it is kind of sexy to know that a bra is not underneath. If they droop, it just looks nasty and if the nipples are poking through it looks kind of trashy. In those cases, definitely a bra. Just make sure the bra is either strapless or the straps are thinner than the straps on the tank top and stay underneath where they belong - visible bra straps is very white trash or ghetto, whatever you want to call it.

Depends on the tank top and the girls bra size. If the shirt has a built in shelf bra and her bust size is no bigger than a C-cup, she can go bra-less! If it has no built in bra, I would suggest wearing a bra with any cup size bigger than a B. But if otherwise, (meaning larger than a C) I would definitely suggest a bra!

you should always wear some kind of bra, but make sure that no straps are showing, you may have to invest in a strapless bra to wear with some tank tops or halters.

a bra. always wear a bra!!! it looks really nasty without one, and you don't want to give people the wrong impression by not wearing one. they could think you are a trashy person, and you don't want that.
