Apparantly according to the Hungarian former spiritual master, Omram Michael Aivanhov, one must always step out of bed right foot first and exit the front of the bed to be in the right frame of mind with which to deal with the day. In this way there is also no discrepency with the method of self revival from one morning to the next. You have a stable getting up routine.

Hypothetically yes I was in a foul mood today! But due to the wall next to my bed I could not physically get out the wrong side. If in fact i somehow did physically do it I would fall 3 floors into my garden!
