I have something coming up in 2 days and my period would be an inconvience. This is day two so I would be right smack in the middle of my 5-7 day cycle. I am on birth control, does any one know how to safely do this?

You really shouldn't try to stop your period as it is a natural thing for a woman's body to do. Considering you are already at day two of your period you cannot stop it.

Someone suggested the shot (depo provera) I'd strongly advise against using. It really screws up your bone health (bone density check after five years of use), you gain a lot of weight and are very moody... been on it four years thank goodness I'm off of it.

When are periods not an inconvience to women? Deal with it the best you can, it's healthy to shed the uterine lining every month. Can you imagine what it must be like to not have a period when you're supposed to due to ortho evra or the pill? All that lining and eggs that need to be released but aren't and just stay up there? Kinda like stagnant water if you ask me. Maybe that's why so many women get cervical cancer and all that.

there is fairly a medicine you may take that provide you purely 4 classes (i think of it is optimal) a year yet there are various element outcomes that bypass alongside with this drugs; some that is life threatening.. Cramps, issues and premenstrual courtroom cases could be resolved certainly without risk. Having your era on a wide-unfold schedule is the way nature meant it to be. i don't think that messing with nature is relatively solid on your physique so i would not advise it. Making it end altogether isn't that straightforward and perhaps not even conceivable. you have not got a era once you're pregnant and for a mutually as once you're nursing yet there are effects to being pregnant, too. LOL!! from time to time we purely ought to stay with what nature deals us; study to settle for the inevitable. Being a female comes with some inconveniences yet on the entire, it fairly is not a bad deal!!

If you are on the pill, you can skip the last 5 inactive pills and start a new month of pills.
