I got hairspray spots all over by glasses...how can I take them off.

I use a very small amount of liquid dish detergent. Rinse the lenses, apply a tiny bit of detergent and create a soapy film. Rinse & repeat if necessary.

Alcohol might damage protective coating. Use as last resort.

I would try the above solutions first. If all else fails, try a bit of WD40 and then wash with a mild soap.. WD40 is also good at removing the leftover adhesive from price tags - especially on glass items.

But, do this only if the other solutions won't work. I have no idea what kind of coatings you might have on your eyeglasses. The WD40 might affect them, too.

Put some windex on them and let it soak for about a minute. Then wipe it off with a paper towel.
