I want to delete a open question on yahoo answers, and when I click on the pencil, there is nothing that says "delete question". What should I do?

Edit Question
Add Details
Delete Question
Stop emailing me new answers

No it would not Delete Open Questions that have not got any perfect solutions yahoo Will purely do away with a question if it Has a contravention of the regulations or If there is not any solutions after 4 days

I don't think you can delete a question. You can an answer but not a question. Sorry. That's just how it's set up. According to the point table. If U could they would take or give points. It's not on the table. So I'm saying U can not do it.

Go to the question and find your answer. Under your answer you may see 'X' or "Delete'. Click on it to delete.

I Have the same problem and i came to realize.....
You Can't....
I have a question "should i be called anorexic?" and my friends see it when im on yahoo answers and i get embrassed and try really hard for my other friends not to see it......
But no.....the answer is you cannot delete the questions you have posted......open or resolved or in voting.....
If you in my case i would make a few or alot of questions so when you click "My Questions" On your Q&A you have to click another button for people to see it.....
If its just the fact that you need to edit or change something on your question just go to your question and click addition details....it adds details to your question you may have forgot to put down!

You can delete answers, but you can't delete questions . sorry .........
