Most Motorcycles do not have reverse gear. I only know of one and thats a Honda Goldwing. The Honda Goldwing needs a reverse gear because its huge and only really old people ride them.

Some have an electric reverse.
There are custom motorcycles with big Chevy 350 engines in them that have 2 forward and 1 reverse gear.

As mentioned the Honda Goldwing and the BMW K1200LT both have reverse. It's actually worthless to have reverse on a bike IMO. Some people use it because they aren't quite strong enough to roll the bike backwards if needed. Plus both are huge touring bikes.

There is also an aftermarket reverse gear mod for HD 5 speeds. Also for use with a sidecar.

Older Harleys of the 1950's had a modified 3-speed handshift with reverse when outfitted for a sidecar. Current Chang-Jiang and Dnepr/Ural BMW clones also have a reverse gear lever with their respective sidecars attached.

Mine does. I have a 1965 Harley Servi-Car. That's a 3 wheel bike (used mostly by police) with a tank shift and foot clutch. 3 forward speeds and a reverse.

A stock bike form the factory does NOT come with reverse. BUT the bike owner can have a reverse kit put in after or when the bike is ordered. I am turning my bike into a trike and I am having the reverse kit put in.
