Why is south different if ur facing?

okay so for example if ur in south carolina..and ur trying to go to the south side where lets say is a ghetto example...how come south carolina wouldnt be ghetto?

I think I get what you mean. Like where I am, we are near the north, but the south side of the city is also the 'ghetto' Same as how wherever you are the bogans are from the west! Interesting question why though? For some reason, housing prices always seem cheaper in the south of cities.

In England, the Ghettos are in the north, and Victorian town houses are in the South (around london anyway)

Your question does not make sence. a "Ghetto" has nothing to do with south, nor any other direction. a "ghetto" is the "slum" of a town where the majority of the people are empoverished.

this has absoluly nothing to do with direction.
