i'm trying to load a Microsoft disc but nothing is happening. can anyone help please?

put it in, go to the start bar on the bottom left of the screen and click on "MY Computer" and there will be a link for the disc that you put in towards the bottom of the window. double click on it. It will open

Go to start - my computer - cd drive and right click on the icon. You'll find a list of options, pick the one you want.

Check to see if your CD Drivers are there. I tried the same thing but somehow they were erased!
