Who thinks the bullying against shirpa in big brother is racist?

It has come up that the other lassies in big brother are bullying shirpa through racism. I personaly think that we all have in build racism same as any other animal, i don't like it in myself but i have it. Its a need for self preservation of what i think and a need for survival. Lassies always ***** and group together but its there right not to like her for whatever reason. I am like Face from the A-team i would marry her tommorrow. Her culture shock is what she does with her own people only because that is the way she knows, with the class system in india. of what i have seen the other lassies haven't known that and don't understand her. Her laugh can be a pain in the **** but i only see what bb shows me but i will tell you one thing i admire her for staying there she must be hurting hard in side and probably been told by her family not to come back if she fails them, thats there culture and i reckon the media is breaking barriers. Shirpa would have my vote and dani can have it 2

Ok I'm fekin sorrry its shilpa, names are important to people, you knew who i was talking about and if i heard jermaine saing that a bout a white person i would have slapped him the same as i would have slapped him for saying of coarse i married a black woman. shirpa is playing the mind games she has been accused now of with pointing out that she thinks she is stupid. if that chicken was unsafe they wouldnt have been allowed to eat it. on the shirpa soz 4got the spelling again. i have a lot of asian friends btw. you come to scotland and you will see the respect i get, we still have no trust for each other but we do have respect i hate more white people of diffrent cultures its culture i hate no colour.

I'm sticking up for all the lasses in the house its getting taken somewhere it shouldn't i reckon she she will use the boiled water from the toillet to make there tea and she has already made them think twice that she has poision thm or is that jus media potrayal. yeah coarse they are there hopeing to boost there career but they have th conviction to show there true selves, some can't handle it and disapear. BTW i'm no a cook the instructions say 20 mins a lb for chicken. Shilpa read the instructions and if blood is that scary why is americans eating raw or should i say rare? 20 mins a lb is a guildline no a abolute be all and end all it takes jade 2 hrs cos she is that paranoid of getting braind damage and there no worry about that.

To be fair I heard a clip of the alleged racist bulling. It came across like silly little girls being b****y in the playground not intentional racism. As for Jades' mum I feel she just lacks understanding as a few of the others with a bit of jealousy from some thrown in.

I agree with James' answer above. I think that just because she is of a different culture to the English, people automatically think its racism. What about when other people in the house mock how Jade talks, yeh, its a bit annoying but thats not classed as racism. Shilpa couldnt understand what Jade said when she said the word 'Whale' the other night - Is that racism too then? I think its crazy the way racism is portrayed, I get really wound up about it. It was ok for Jermaine to say 'white trash' the other night too wasn't it?

How can BB be against "white" housemates, when most of the BB producers are 'white'?? The words: ' White Trash' used by Jermaine Jackson, meant - the people have no class and no education. He didn't mean it in a racist way... although I wish he had used another term. Please remember he's an American and they use different words for different things over there. e.g. Fanny means posterior to them. A person of colour can say what they want about the colour that they share with others, to be a racist against your own colour is deemed dumb and non existent..

As for the bullying, its wrong whatever the cause. We don't all have built in racism, those of us who grew up around different people don't have a problem with differences. My family are mixed and some are disabled.
Its how you're brought up. And as adults we can change our behaviour and attitudes as well.
I hope those idiot girls don't win. Bullying is pathetic, it always takes a gang of them.

racism is quite a strong word.they all knew what to expect when they went in. they are all in there looking out for themselves....how can you admire people so hungry for fame that they will put themselves through the humiliation served up on this long- overdue for the chop programme?? ive only seen the odd clips as i find the whole thing cringeworthy. davina mccoll should have got away from this show years ago, its losing viewers all the time.they are all acting their socks off in there hoping for a big break when they come out. they are all pathetic losers who cant stand not being in the public eye.
