Mix the cereal with some formula, about a tablespoon of cereal is enough. Get a little on the spoon. Push it in the baby's mouth and wait for it to reappear then push it back in. Do this about 10 more times then refill your spoon and start all over.

Welcome to the 'I'm gonna shove this in your mouth and you are gonna push it right out with your tongue' game!

I love watching as a child learns all sorts of new things to do! Good luck with this. You will have a blast!

With a spoon, never in a bottle. Small amounts at first, mixed with the formula. Rice cereal to start.

Give her cereal with a spoon not in a bottle. Maybe half a tablespoon at a time. Give it to her until she shows that she doesn't want any more.

GOOD LUCK

The best way is to NOT give her cereal. Wait until she is 6 months old like the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends. Then offer it to her on a spoon.....just a tiny bit early in the day.

With a spoon, not in a bottle. Only about a tablespoon or so, until she gets used to it.
