Do you think it is worse for on-line relationships...where things are said or taken wrong that if you were to explain it in words in person...it wouldn't get out of hand like it does in the email land...

B... This an excellent question because ,talking to someone over the internet is to cold unless you can feel through your writing and most don't take the time ..IM is soooo bad because, not only are you talking to a computer,but you are using a new writing technique like btw, or lol ,gf,bf...want happened to making love with your words and really telling someone how you feel.....To be able to express ourselves, it takes time, and today everyone is in a hurry........So don't be so hard on yourself just let it go, and come here more ,you big hunk, of hot ,and smoldering ,I wanna take you, and just have my way with you hottie.....kara be a good girl now.....whew its getting hot in here....It..must be , oh could it be...I think it is ....wait lets make sure....yes it ...is ...BATMAN....luv kara

Yes. I always stick my foot in my mouth. But I don't care especially when I am drunk I can't even remember half of the filth that comes out of my mouth unless someone tells me and then I start to wonder. I'm trying to keep mute these days. LMAO!
Screw online relationships, I'd rather have the real thing. It feels alot better but I might help a poor guy out every now and then that needs to get his rocks off if they give me the best answer sometimes! LoL!

Yeah, my ex. And she would take the explanation the wrong way too. She was way too stubborn and I know now, she was intentional picking a fight every time. Leave those people to other confrontational people, email or in person, they just can't help it. But this was just my experience.

Maybe if people didn't air their business on Y!A then people wouldn't have to worry about what they say and how they say it!
It's called keeping your personal business just that personal.
And the main thing is don't accuse people of saying or doing something they didn't do, until you are 100% sure that they are guilty of it.

Online is especially difficult because you can't hear the interjections in your voice, only read the words, therefore translate what was said to your satisfaction. Makes it very frustrating not to type sarcasm, hostility, love or compassion. I guess that's just when you do your best to choose the correct words.
