Seriously guys, I want to know. I have two children and ok booby but they are a little saggy since kids. They look great in a bra but I have thought about getting a lift and possibly small implants. whcih do you guys prefer, real boobs that are somewhat saggy or would you rather have implants. Keep in mind mine are a decent size.....and I am married.

The real thing beats fake and tacked any day. It is not so much looks for me but if they will still give the woman pleasure. I know many woman are very self consciuous abotu how they look, i think that is a dumb culture thing. If you are a good size already leave them alone.

May I suggest that if you're considering reconstruction, that you talk to a doctor that has had experience with re-shaping or sculpting breasts rather than inserting implants only?
If you have decent sized breasts, you probably only need to be restructured.
Implants are best for women who (a) don't want to breast feed (like if you have another baby) or (b) don't already have large breasts.

I prefer the real deal...dont go get a boob job I am sure your boobs are fine just the way they are

The real thing is always better. But it's really about what makes you comfortable. If you carry your current set as if they're not sexy, then don't expect to be perceived as sexy. Own what you've got and it will show.
