As long as there is no bleeding I wouldn't worry. That is what all of the books say anyway. If you are really concerned call the doctor and see if you can get in sooner than monday. If you do start bleeding heavily, go straight to the hospital. I am sure that all is well though. During my first trimester I cramped quite a bit and the doctors never seemed really worried about it.

Well, I hope this helps.
Congratulations and good luck!!

The same thing happened with my first pregnancy. They say it is normal to have menstrual like cramps. Your body has to get used to not having that period, and it's time for it. It's always good to mention everything to your DR. when you go to appointments even if you think things are normal. Always good to be sure

Like everyone else said its normal and every pregnancy is diffrent but to be on the safe side let your doc know and let him know you didn't have this with your last one. Give him an idea of the pain like on a scale 1 to 10; one being good 10 being very painful. Just so he can decide if it is something to worry about.

Sometimes women having cramping and other PMS symptoms about the time their period is normally due. It is perfectly fine, but you should bring it up with your doctor if you're still having them, Monday. Congratulations and Good Luck!

I would not stress, just be lazy and do as much sitting as you can. If anything changes go to the hospital. Some times you can get cramps around the time of a normal period date but just in case that's not it, just take it easy.

I have just tested positive too, and have been cramping for the last 2 weeks. This is normal as your uterus starts to expand and has extra blood flow. Congratulations!
