i LOVE seventeen magazine. my mom will not let me get one, and i can't convince her. what can i do to get the magazine??? they are good for reading and learning, plus they're fun.

seventeen isnt bad. well are you 17? or younger? maybe if your younger she may think your too young to know about that kind of information. but if you have money and you are determined to pay it off then you should get it. show your mom a magazine tell her they arent bad. and have her look over them. now if you were talking about cosmopolitan then whoa id say you want to know so much ask me. but your not so its all good.

make a deal with your mom to clean the bathroom once a week and do the dishes every day and if she doesn't like that fully volunteer to do the laundry once a week as well to pay for the magazines. this way you can say you do chores but spend all your money on magazines.

woah, you're not allowed to read seventeen? good lord, does she want to raise you in a cave or what? just scrounge up some money on your own and buy them individually at a store, or get a friend to get them for you.

show her the highlights of the book and that its not as bad as cosmo. it really is not a bad magazine show her these responses.

It depends on how old you are. Otherwise, I'd suggest you pay for it yourself if you want it so badly.
