Ok first off you don't have a air compressor, it's an A/C compressor. If it's raddling you have a freon leak , and have lost oil out of the system. You can unplug the clutch on the compressor at the front, this will allow the pully to turn and not the compressor. Or you can pull the A/C fuse. If it still rattles the bearing is shot. To repair this problem, you will have to replace the compressor and reseaver which is a dryer. Find the leak and repair it, then pull a vacuum on the system, and recharge it with freon. .

you can eighter thighten the center bolt from the clutch or take it off and have another one installed if you have the tools you can install the clutch yourself
