I assume you mean without having been married to him/her, as this is illegal...

I'm not aware of anybody ever having done this but you could try. But is it really worth paying a lawyer and going through the legal process when you may not be successful? If you hate your sibling that much, just disown them. Tell them you are never talking to them again and they do not exist. Save yourself a bundle of money.

Since there is no legal benefit or obligation between siblings, I don't think there is any way to legally terminate the relationship. Why would you want to? A sibling can't force you to do anything, can't hold you to a financial obligation on their behalf without a contract...

lol, no. That would require you to be married to your sibling in the first place. Looks like your stuck with him/her.

I'm sure you can...you would need to ask a lawyer for that one. But if you can divorce your parents...I don't see why not.

Yeah.......Right that is just stupid, you are related to them already you cant do anything to change that, you should just get used to your sibling, I only have one sis, enjoy your family

I'm pretty sure you can divorce anyone. but I'm not sure how ''accepted'' it is to be married to your brother or sister...

if are married to eachother, and want a divorce ...then get one!
