My husband wouldn't be at war.

That means he would not be missing 2/3 of my first pregnancy, or the first 6 months of his first child's life, I would have someone besides myself to lay their hands on my belly and feel the life inside, to share the joy of what's going on, he would be here to put his hands on my abdomen and look at me like the secret of the universe were held within like he did before he left, and at night, I could wrap my arms around him and know he was safe.

If I could go back again I would of joined the military when I was 18. I was too young and stupid to know what I could of learned from them back then. I also would of learned to play the piano and guitar. It's never too late to learn though.
