It didnt open despite disabling pop up blocker

If you're using Internet Explorer 7, click Start > Internet Options > on the General tab where it says Tabs click Settings and you can set it to open in a new window, click Apply and OK.

Sometimes you need to disable your popup blocker to make this work.
