can a slvr phone work with prepaid sim card?

i have a t-mobile prepaid sim card and i want a new phone. i was woundering if i bought a svlr or something off of ebay could i get it to work with my t-mobile sim card

I'm not exactly sure, but i think they are making a Slvr prepaid or it may already be out. I tried a different sim card in my cell phone and it said invalid sim card so you would most likely have to buy a brand new phone because of certain programming issues. Also, they haven't made a T-mobile based Slvr.
