I would guess a New England or Northeastern city. We do have all four seasons which include hot summers and cold winters with snow. We also have the spring season for planting and new growth that only occurs at that time and the colorful fall colors of orange,red,yellow etc. I am speaking of true 4 seasons that have there individual characteristics.
