Is there anyway to make a guitar symbol out of letters numbers or other keyboard keys?

Like the upside down question marks, or hearts or other symbols, I feel like I've saw a guitar before or something related, Any ideas?

The first question in answer is how good a representation do you need. The more characters you use, then the higher will be the resolution of the final image. But that also means the image size becomes greater as well unless you use a really small font. Try holding the alt key and pressing three numbers one after another while still holding the alt key. Check your fonts for weird characters you might use.
