Oxygen (65%)
Carbon (18%)
Hydrogen (10%)
Nitrogen (3%)
Calcium (1.5%)
Phosphorus (1.0%)

Bad english, bad grammer. Body parts are not made of "components"...that's used to describe computer parts and hardware.

What in the world are you asking?

I would say millions of cells, comprising muscle, bone, connective tissue, organs, etc., but I'm not sure that's what you meant...

skin, bones, muscle, blood, fat, viscous fluid, cartilege, tendons, flesh, nerves. I think that pretty much sums it up - 10.
