complicated to respond to this because i'm not particular what type of heel you're talking about (like a heel for artwork or a evening strappy problem). A mule with a cowboy heel is SO comfortable you may run in them. really, if the shoe matches right they ought to not damage. regardless of the indisputable fact that there are various concerns: - Posture. Do you stand immediately or slouch? Do you stride heavily or really comfortable? in case you've a tendency to stomp you're putting too a lot rigidity on your foot. - Shoe form and high quality: you need to be careful with mules. in case your foot is even somewhat huge they could pinch critically in a cheap shoe made with stiff, poorly complete supplies. attempt to locate ones made from comfortable cloth. - The arch: do not purchase the loopy footwear we see in save now the position the heel is pushed so a procedures ahead you're almost walking on your ft. those are terrible. bypass for ones with a gentle slope. - try a platform. in case you truly choose the top of a heel regardless of the indisputable fact that the heel is a difficulty, seem for structures. those have a tendency to be more desirable comfortable than undeniable severe heels because the front platform compensates for the heel (complicated to describe with out displaying). in case you seem heavily at some structures, the heel really isn't that severe because the front is giving top. i am hoping this helps.

Its normal for them to ALWAYS hurt when you wear heels, and your back and knees can also take a beating. Honestly, I would never put my feet in that position. I was made with my feet flat for a reason! lol

Of course. Start off with a small heel (like 1"-1/5" heels). Then gradually go higher.

Yes, but not too much. If they hurt alot then you need to find a more comfy pair of heels. And go easy on your feet, they're still growing. Good luck! :-)

Yes. Both your feet and your ankles. Walking in heels is not a natural position for feet to be in.

Yes!You are doing something that at first is not natural! Remember that when you buy shoes do it after you have been on your feet for a few hours. If they feel good on your feet when you have been wearing shoes all day long they will feel good when you first put them on!
