You must mean "where do people who do not believe in God get their strength?" English grammar 101.

I get my strength from knowing that good and bad happen to everyone, and that your attitude is what can get through hard times, and help you enjoy and appreciate good times.
I enjoy nature, and exercising, and reading works by thinkers smarter than me. I love my life and my ability to understand and appreciate the world. I also understand the bad things.
I don't believe in the tooth fairy, either, and there is just as good a case for her existence as there is for a creator/father god who watches you and lets/makes terrible things happen to you.
I love my family and friends, and enjoy my job. I am very creative, and that helps me express my feelings.
I am made of tough stuff, and have been through a lot. I don't need a god to help me, anymore than I need a "wubbie."
It amazes that people who believe in god can be strong, since they are banking on a fairy tale. It is like hypnosis, I guess.
If it makes you a loving and kind person, strong, and sober to believe in anything, then go for it. If it makes you angry, frustrated, or superior, then maybe not.

Emotional values, the willingness to go along with life without needing help from the heavens, courage, hope for the sentient self, hope for success in the life we are meant to live, love of the human flesh, love of life, love of personal or emotional high points in life, encouragement... and I could go on and on but I won't.

From the same place you got your ability to conjugate the verb "to do"

Sorry, couldn't resist. Mostly from a belief in self, positive reinforcement from friends, family and a general positive outlook.

We believe in ourselves and our abilities to overcome adversity on our own without the aid of divine intervention. The mind is a powerful tool if you choose to use it.
