They make it so hard to open, i understand they're trying to keep you from opening up and stealing the dvd. But isn't the wrapping good enough? Why do they tape them shut as well? The tape is so stuck on if it wasn't for fingernails they'd be impossible to open.

They do it to prevent theft-the wrapping is the easiest to take off but when that tape is on that paper it's damn near impossible.

I hate that tape. It usually leaves the sticky residue behind and its impossible to get off.
