When I was 5 I was hit by a car, died in the back of the ambulance twice, "Robb the B D C, go to the light!"

I would go back to when I was about 15 and say, "Keep it up with the exercise!" I was in really good shape from doing step aerobics, and didn't even realize or appreciate it.

As you get older, it gets more and more difficult to stay in good shape without working out. I am not really fat or anything, but I really wish I would had kept active and physically fit through college and after graduation.

The good part is, it's never too late to make a positive change. :)

Move when you have the chance - you'll meet your husband 17 years sooner! That's the truth, too. I had a chance to move to this town before I got married the first time and decided not to move. What a shame. We moved here and after I divorced my first hubby I found my soul mate! Imagine if we had been able to have those 17 years together and had children with each other. It hurts my heart to think about it.

When I was 17, I would have held myself in check with more quiet spiritual times. Life goes on girl, accept who you are and be grateful for

There are events in my history that I am not proud of, but to change anything in my past would effect my present. Had I done this instead of that, I might not have my children and I would not be who I am today. So, I'd have to pass on that one.
